All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

SHIPPING RATES
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Orders under $50: flat rate shipping fee applied at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our website under "Track Your Order."

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Tiny Vibe ships within the United States only.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Tiny Vibe is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is lost, please contact us at tinyvibeshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
