At Tiny Vibe, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items and final sale items are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at tinyvibeshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to us at:

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tinyvibeshop@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
